Job ID 0001- Ramos Arizpe, Mexico- MXN- Availability of Rolar shifts and / or fixed hours.- Treatment and management of personnel (operators).- Preparation of freight letters for scheduled travelControl and registration of invoices (consignment letters).- Database registration of each trip made (KM traveled, from point to point, departure times, arrival times, per diem spent, etc.).- Customer service (constant contact and information on the progress of thetrips, loading and unloading of the units).- Scheduling and planning of trips once the route has been defined in conjunction withcustomers.- Monitoring and support to operators (GPS, camera system, telephone)Generation of daily, weekly, monthly reports of the indicators(log by operator).**Law Benefits**Excellent work environment with good growth opportunities. LOGISTICS- Administration, planning and monitoring with at least one year of experience ascertainable.- Work under pressure.- Ability to resolve conflicts.- Proactive, responsible- Basic knowledge of systems (office, client platforms, billing).
