**About This Opportunity**
As a Driver Manager (traffic coordinator), you will ensure communication with the operators for the correct monitoring of their process.
You will manage a fleet of 45 to 65 operators.
You will manage the monitoring of operators.
You will provide follow-up to GPS tracking and shipments to avoid incidents.
You will ensure compliance with CTPAT standards.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure communication with operators for proper process tracking.
- Manage a fleet of 45 to 65 operators.
- Oversee operator tracking.
- Provide GPS and shipment tracking follow-up to prevent incidents.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in transportation.
- Experience in managing operators.
