.**Location**:Juárez, Nuevo León, México**Opportunity**:Under the supervision of the Supervisor- Shipping & Receiving, this position is responsible for the control of all the documentation related to the import-export process of Raw Materials, Fittings, machinery and the materials require for the Company. And for updated all information of temporal importations and exportations in the Maquiladora software per month, run the backflush report and convert all data in on file and then load it every 2 months in a SAT web site.**Responsibilities**:1. Administrate the Maquiladora Software, SSINCE maintaining into the software the updated information of the bill of materials for our finish goods and new products manufactured in Sanimex. with data integrity and run validations.2. Perform audits to the annex 24 and Annex 31 (Interfaces, Operation's Report, I/E Modules, BOM's, Product Values & Costs, Country of Origin, USMCA Certificates or Manufacturer Affidavit, Duty Payments, Prosec's) and maintain this info updated in the system.3. Responsible for ensuring the full compliance with New Customs Regulations, Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) Classifications USA/ Mexico, Free trade agreements, etc.4. Monitor the import/export of raw materials, finished goods, equipment, scrap, non-productive material, excess and obsolete (E&O) operation on a monthly basis5. Provide all documents or information to attend Customs audits from SAT.6. Ensure compliance with Mexican Customs, Mexican Governmental Agencies and Foreign Laws.7. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area. Provide accurate information to GTM VAT team related to the VAT certification, Annual IMMEX, PROSEC and Cost Submission report, Sub-manufacturer and INEGI management8. Generate monthly report and send it to accounting department with the information about the entry documents (Pedimentos) that pay tax (IVA) including a copy of the document. Also the documents that Sanimex received from the Tax credit of IVA in order to accomplish with the IVA Certification AAA from SAT.9. Support C-TPAT program audits, annual security profile updates, validations, training, and related activities.**Skills/Requirements**EDUCATION:Preference Bachelor's Degree.EXPERIENCE:Preference Minimum five years' experience in import/export activities.FORMATION:Preference knowledge of Mexican international trade legislation.
