Project Management certification preferred.- Proven experience as a Traffic Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced creative agency or marketing department.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.- Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.- Proficient in project management software and tools.- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.- Knowledge of creative production processes, including print, digital, and multimedia, is highly desirable.**Responsibilities**:Project Coordination- Oversee the end-to-end process of marketing and creative projects, from initial briefing to final delivery.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, marketing managers, revenue, product and operations teams, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated appropriately.- Conduct regular project status meetings to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and address any issues or risks.Traffic Management- Manage the flow of creative assets, including artwork, copy, and digital media, to ensure accurate and timely delivery.- Implement and maintain a robust system for tracking projects, tasks, and approvals.- Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize project requests and allocate resources accordingly.- Monitor project milestones and proactively identify potential delays or roadblocks, taking necessary actions to mitigate risks.- Work closely with marketing operations to monitor handle time, ensuring SLA's are met and areas for efficiency are identified.Communication and Collaboration- Act as a central point of contact for all creative project-related inquiries and updates.- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.- Facilitate feedback and approval processes, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed at every stage of the project
