**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Commerce or related Minimum experience in Traffic or logistics positions
- English is a must
- Minimum of 1 years work experience
**Responsibilities**:
- Review in the system the purchase orders generated
- Follow up on the sending of documents to export, capture and update the system
- Preparation of documents for crossings with customs agents
- Scheduling freight shipments
- Communicate daily with carriers, customers, and various departments within the company
- Maintain/update carrier profiles by entering data
- Maintain relationship with customers
- Receive/ Request loads and interpret information for posting from customers
- Complete process of shipment includes arranging for forwarding follow-up with tracking and tracing to destination
- Immediately report problems, operation disputes or discrepancies
- Resolve issues respective to meeting client requirements, data input - general customer service inquiries related to tracking & tracing.
- Perform other duties as seen fit for position

It offers:
Monthly salary of $18,000 gross

Schedule: From Tuesday to Friday from 5pm to 12pm / Saturdays from 1pm to 9pm / Sundays from 8am to 4pm with rest on Mondays.
