WesCEF operates around Australia, employing around 1,500 people nationally, and is committed to targeting Net Zero scopes 1 and 2 by 2050.**About the role**As a Trainee Account Manager, you will embark on a structured training program designed to provide you with exposure to all aspects of CSBP Fertilisers' operations. You will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to support our Account Managers and, in time, step into these roles as opportunities arise.Your key responsibilities will include:- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance CSBP's reputation as a preferred fertiliser supplier.- Providing reliable advice on CSBP's fertiliser products and services to help customers achieve their goals.- Working alongside sales, agronomy, marketing, and AgTech teams to understand crop nutrition, market opportunities, and the latest technology.- Supporting the efficient distribution of fertiliser and engaging with depot operators, contractors, and resellers.- Participating in local sales planning and utilising technology to track customer activity and performance.What You'll Gain:- A deep understanding of sales targets, agricultural market drivers, and the commercial aspects of fertiliser distribution.- Exposure to cutting-edge agricultural technologies like CSBP.Detect, NUlogic, and Decipher.- Opportunities to collaborate with internal teams such as agronomy, field research, and customer service.- Training in selling, area management, and time management, along with participation in marketing conferences and industry events.What We're Looking For:- Tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science or Agricultural Business Management (highly desirable).- Strong written and verbal communication skills
