In areas such as Marketing, Digital, Sales, Medical and Business Intelligence & Net Revenue.In each of the rotations, you will have the opportunity to develop strategic projects in which you will be assigned potential objectives to contribute to!That is why we are looking for talent who have recently graduated from university or without previous experience to contribute a new vision to the assigned projects in which they can boost a fresh vision and new ideas that favorably impact the results of the business line.**Your main responsibilities will be**:- Successfully develop 4 strategic projects, with a duration of 3 months each, in the different areas of CH Mx (Sales, marketing, NRM&BI, Digital and OTX) in a job rotation model- Ability to quickly understand what is expected in each project to assure business line objectives- Follow up on projects and give status to your sponsor for visibility and proactive search of solutions.- Challenge the status quo and propose new things, not be afraid to raise your hand and question the established- Carry out in-depth analyzes that can provide insights relevant to the business that favor decision making- Bring innovative proposals among each rotations / area- Meet the expectation of delivery in time and form of all assigned projects
