Trainee - Engineering

**Description**

Molex brings together innovation and technology to deliver electronic solutions to customers worldwide offering a full suite of solutions and services for many markets, including data communications, consumer electronics, industrial, automotive, commercial vehicle and medical. We are looking for a **Trainee for the NPI** (New Product Introduction) department in **El Salto, JAL.**

**What You Will Do In Your Role**:

- Support the NPI to be manufactured by performing statistical analysis, quality tests and, tooling, machines & product validation.
- Effectively communicate with multiple departments within the company and along different countries (Mexico, USA and China) to request and share technical information and reports.
- Help the NPI Engineer when receiving, guiding and helping visitors from Mexico and other countries.
- Wear safety glasses, overall and ESD foot straps in production areas.

**The Experience You Will Bring**:
**Requirements**:

- Studying or recently graduated from an Engineering career.
- Availability to work at least 30 hours/week from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5:30pm.
- Able to communicate fluently both in English and Spanish.

**What Will Put You Ahead**:

- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of 5S.
