Responsibilities:
-Data Visualization & Reporting: Collaborate with the team to create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QLink).
-Operational Excellence: Monitor KPIs to identify improvements, propose solutions,
and implement process changes to optimize operations.
-Data-Driven Project Management: Deliver weekly project status reports using the Transitions Tracking File.
-Performance Review Contribution: Create monthly reports on key metrics, offering recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
-Employee Experience Enhancement: Analyze data to understand performance and satisfaction, recommending improvements to enhance employee experience and company culture.
-Cost Analysis by Skill Team: Conduct detailed analyses of headcount costs across various skill teams, offering insights into cost distribution and optimization opportunities.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Financial Administration or equivalent work experience required.
-Experience and interest in Project Management, Business Partnering, Data Analysis, Finance, and related areas with an equivalent experience.
-English proficiency.
-Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Self-starter capable of analyzing data and developing solutions independently.
-Process Improvement: Committed to enhancing processes and driving continuous improvement.
-Strategic Thinking: Supports the development and implementation of innovative strategies.
