Trainee Hr Consultant Spanish Market

At Factorial we're looking for a Junior HR Consultant for the Spanish Market . You'll be part of a vibrant team dedicated to understanding our clients' performance management needs and helping them achieve success. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, enthusiastic about HR consulting, and excited to make a difference in the Spanish-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities: Understand and support the performance management needs of our clients. Assist in the seamless integration of tailored performance features. Collaborate in delivering engaging training sessions and providing ongoing support. Offer basic advice on performance management strategies and software usage. What We're Looking For Currently finishing Master's in Human Resources or recent graduate. A genuine interest in HR consulting and HR technology. Basic technical proficiency and effective communication skills. An analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Fluency in Spanish and English. Skills and Competencies Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methods. Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills. Team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Interest in data analysis and report generation for decision-making.
