Como socio de los principales fabricantes de automóviles, así como de los actores clave en los sectores aeroespacial e industrial, le ofrecemos numerosas oportunidades de desarrollo.**Responsabilidades clave**:- To take into action and evaluate the gathering of personnel development and training needs, identifying all the necessary training for the different areas of the company and proposing programs, regarding promotion of the training of the collaborators within the profile established by the company.- To define and elaborate projects and programs for training and qualification, based on the budget targets approved by the direction, trying to maximize the cost versus benefit ratio.- To create manuals and workbooks, to define the audiovisual and didactic resources that will be used in the training projects and programs, to implement learning, qualification and adaptation programs, as well as to participate in the definition of the evaluation criteria for the applied programs, regarding the attention of the guidelines established by the company and the international quality guidelines.- To coordinate the development of apprentices and trainees during the different phases of the program, with the objective of promoting professional training so as for them to become a part of the Company's collaborators.- To define the criteria for evaluation for the training programs, as well as the elaboration of the training area controls, tables and calendars, observing the contribution for decision-making by the leadership team and attending the regulations established by the Company.- To keep update the training tables, calendars and data banks, targeting towards the divulgation of the existing programs and courses, as well as updating the historical record of all the collaborators of the company, coordinating the integration program for new workers.- To participate in internal and external training courses, always under the orientation or ordered by the immediate superior, regarding the professional and personal development through technical update.- To know all the internally established regulations, instructions, and procedures (quality, work safety, environmental safety, first aid and others), by practicing all the orientation and participating of the pertinent training courses, concerning the adoption of preventive actions to guarantee good environmental and working conditions at the company.- To attend and take into action other related professional activities inherent to the position, according to the orientation or request of the immediate superior
