We are looking for a 1+ years experienced contact center **TRAINER **to enhance, develop and further train our current and future collaborators, whether it's for our medical, customer service, collectors or other lines of business. As a trainer, you will be responsible for gauging the training needs of individuals and teams, onboarding new talent, preparing presentations and training materials, ensuring the safety of trainees and conducting feedback surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, ultimately you will help increase the overall performance of our colleagues and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals looking to increase client satisfaction in the short and mid terms.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Welcome new staff.
Prepare presentations, handouts and training materials.
Deliver training and answer questions.
Evaluate staff and departmental performance to identify skills gaps.
Create training programs for new and existing employees.
**SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of different teaching methodologies.
- Organizational skills.
- Professional client-facing personal presentation.
- Professional demeanor towards clients, coworkers and the company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- The ability to fluidly adapt to changes according to client and company needs.
- Being well-organized is important for planning and delivering effective training programs. This includes creating schedules, developing training materials, and keeping track of trainee's progress.
- Inspiring and motivating trainee's is a necessary skill to possess in order to foster a positive learning environment.
- Collaborative skills are essential for working with other trainers, managers, and departments within the call center
- Familiarity with the technology used in the call center, including productivity suites such as MS Office, Google Docs, call management systems and other relevant software.
- US VISA is a must.
- **Medical knowledge is a plus.**:
- English C1
ACSI offers a competitive net and weekly salary depending on qualifications:
$5,000.00 - $6,000.00 (Net and weekly MXN).
