**What You Will Do**:
- Coordinate and support onboarding of game testers
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Deliver or assist SMEs with delivery of training modules
- Develop training modules and post-module assessments in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts as program requirements demand
- Participate in competency gaps analysis studies to determine training needs
- Forecast range and scope of internal training programs
- Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods
- Responsibility for all training materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities, equipment, & tools
- Report training activities and budget spent
- Cooperate with HR Department regarding training & development, on-boarding and other topics related to HR processes.
**To Be Successful You Will Have**:
- Strong game playing abilities and good understanding of the various genres is a must have
- A conversational level of the English language
- Previous game testing experience
- University degree or equivalent (preferred in IT field)
- At least 1 year experience working in a training field
- Knowledge of training methods and techniques
- Knowledge of Articulate 360 or any other training program would be an asset
- Collaborative spirit and "can do" attitude
- Highly developed communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to self-organize and to work independently
- Sense of ownership and service-oriented mindset
- Planning and organizing skills
- Creative thinking and proactive approach.
