**Plata** is a high-tech financial platform poised to revolutionize how people interact with money through an easy-to-use, personalized, and trustworthy ecosystem.We bring inclusive access to premium financial products and best-in-class customer support to each and every Mexican.Our company was founded by executives that built some of the most innovative and successful digital banking businesses in the world.We are looking for our next **Trainer**:**Responsabilites**:- Design and implement advanced training programs tailored for semi-senior supervisors and leaders, focusing on leadership skills, team management, and performance improvement.- Coordinate face-to-face or virtual trainings, making use of training plans.- Assist customer service agents in a personalized way to improve their effectiveness as employees.- Provide product information for the design team to create educational content.- Ensure completion of mandatory training is delivered across all relevant team members.- Work closely with HR and OPS department to deploy onboarding system for all newcomers.- Create and execute game plans for areas of opportunity detected by QA in operations and in the training needs analysis performed.**Requirements**:- 4 years of experience in training and customer service skills development, with preference in the financial sector.- Experience in online training (nice to have)- Strong ability to teach, mentor and develop a team of customer service agents.- Studies in psychology, social sciences, organizational development, human resources or pedagogy.- Technical knowledge to work with training software and creation of materials; use of group managementmethodologies.- Ability to provide immediate solutions to new training or content updates.- Strong understanding of the training process and accompaniment of the customer service team throughout their work cycle.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate and present information clearly and effectively.- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines and work demands; - Ownership- Entrepreneurial spirit**Nice to have**:- Certified trainer or certified coach or any similar credentials.- Previous experience in face to face sales or customer service.- English Advance/Bilingual (essential requirement)
