We are searching for the best talent for TRAINER II 3ER TURNO to be in Juarez.
Purpose: Coordinates, along with the Manufacturing Group Leader, the activities of training for the direct operative personnel.
Trains the new direct operative personnel, using the documents, materials, and tools of the different operations in compliance with the procedures.
Feeds and updates the electronic systems related to the procedure of certification of the company.
Reports activities directly to the Training Specialist or Direct Supervisor.
You will be responsible for: Verifying that the assigned operators perform the certification process according to the training procedure. Coordinating the execution of the Grading plan of the assigned area. Providing administrative support to the department (clerical activities). Performing Orientation for new employees. Performing audits to verify that all information is documented/filed adequately. Monitoring the certification matrices of each area. Training operators in the training process for operative personnel. Managing and maintaining the training curricula of the direct operative personnel. Managing and maintaining the Training Physical Record. Providing maintenance to the Training Electronic System (Compliance Wire). Providing support in Training to New Products, when required. Conducting and coordinating Training when required. Representing employees for the Mexican Labor Regulations. Providing support to training during audits. Reporting the training metrics to assigned areas. Maintaining constant communication with Manufacturing (Line coordinator and Manufacturing Supervisor). Providing training to trainers in the training process. Making reports when required and ensuring all document changes are done correctly and timely. Participating in manufacturing meetings when required. Performing other duties as assigned. Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level. Ensuring compliance with all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices. Ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures. Qualifications: At least Secondary School (Required), High School or equivalent (preferably). 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in training positions (preferably). Knowledge of good manufacturing and documentation practices in the medical industry (preferably). Communication skills (oral and in writing). GMP/ISO 13485:2003 basic knowledge. Knowledge of Training Systems (preferably). Basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Preferably knowledge and skills to perform failure analysis in the process.
