.Overview:Recruiter: Montserrat TavaresPosition reports to: Abril De La RosaThis position will be responsible to execute all training initiatives within GBS Member Operations Departments, including but not limited to: Records, Member Compensations, Member Screening, Refunds & Repurchase and Audit, ensuring all training, procedures and processes are uniform and consistent to be compliant with each country's regulatory agencies. Trainers are expected to provide management trainee's progress reports and maintain tracking of all completed trainings. This role may require travel both locally and/or internationally to support the Regional Training and Project needs.Job Qualifications:- Conduct training for Member Operations Teams and maintain training documents available for all employees- Implement and develop training curriculums, and interactive materials- Track and report on the trainings conducted on monthly basis- Develop and maintain training material and reference documents as required for training and operations- Identify existing/future processes and quality enhancements to improve business efficiencies and process changes to deliver excellent customer service- Travel to support trainings and System/Project initiatives- Coordinate calibration meetings with management, auditors and QA coaches to identify training gaps and execute strategy for improvement- Support project initiatives by reviewing business requirements- Develop innovative techniques to improve productivity and quality of service related to departmental operations, customer experience- Provide Upper management with updates as required (transition reports and training status)- Adhere to guidelines, rules, and regulations of the company/department.- Ensures that the training team is actively partnering with management on all training initiatives and related staff communications**Temporal position****Skills**:Required- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills; able to present professional and comprehensive presentations- Knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook)- Ability to navigate and work with required business systems- High degree of flexibility to function under various timelines while maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and adapt as the external environment and organization evolves- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form in English and Spanish
