Proficient in office, as reporting and metrics (KPIs) are required. You will be in charge of coordinating face-to-face trainings, which requires an organized and disciplined person.**Main Activities**:- Administration of the training platform- Programming of face-to-face training according to the demand and the available facilities of the Training Center and/or Dealers.- Sending training invitation to dealers- Monthly preparation of reports by dealer- Monthly preparation of General report to the client- Updating of the training matrix- Sending material to the participants- Management of training logistics when necessary- Creation of training sessions on the plataform- Administration of the suppliers of tools, snacks and others that are involved with the teaching of the courses.- Development of improvements and projects that impact the learning of students.**Key Skills**:- Organizational capacity- Analytical capacity- Teamwork- Communicative- I work under pressure- Dynamic- Technical knowledge- Proactive- Ability to relate- Good knowledge in data management: Excel / PowerBi.- With more than 4000 employees in over 30 countries, diversity at GP Strategies is second nature!
