Responsibilities Execute the monthly technical training program , covering general knowledge applicable to all positions, such as Quality, Lean Manufacturing, Maintenance, and EHS.
Ensure proper scheduling, operator participation, and documentation of evidence for each session.
Maintain the technical training matrix, by recording attendance, theoretical and practical evaluations, and employee checklists.
Ensure all records are updated to reflect changes in employee categories.
Coordinate and deliver technical Timken Passports , ensuring all employees have the required documentation.
Regularly update passports to reflect current training.
Conduct weekly walkthroughs, at both plants to update the Timken Passport based on the technical training matrix.
Record and maintain evidence of category changes for hourly employees.
Provide feedback to unionized employees, on their technical training evidence and progress based on the records in the matrix.
Support the implementation of monitoring tools, such as QR codes, to streamline training matrix tracking.
Ensure training materials align with the content of work instructions available on the Quality Management System.
Ensure the implementation of updates to the technical competency plans , including training materials and both theoretical and practical assessments, in alignment with auditable requirements.
Generate weekly category change forms , ensuring all required approvals (HR, Area Manager, Plant Manager) are included and submit these forms to the payroll department for implementation.
Ensure that technical training is provided to new employees, on production shop floor processes and maintain supporting evidence.
Deliver Human Resources induction sessions , covering Technical Training, the Annual Plan, and Category Changes, while presenting the "New Hire Pin" to new employees.
Annual Training Plan for Salaried and Hourly Employees: Research and evaluate training providers to identify suitable options aligned with organizational needs.
Assist in reviewing and submitting invoices for approval to the direct supervisor.
Prepare and process approval forms for external training (F-RH011) in accordance with the final quotation.
Implement the monthly training program , ensuring proper scheduling, comprehensive documentation of all sessions, and coordination of services such as coffee breaks.
Maintain and update individual training records (F-RH002) , ensuring all evidence is stored securely and is auditable.
Track monthly course participation and generate KPIs to monitor compliance with the annual training plan.
Evaluate training session outcomes by executing and analyzing satisfaction surveys (F-RH014) and effectiveness surveys (F-RH010).
Use results to adjust and optimize training programs.
Collaborate on improvement initiatives by following up on provider performance and effectively addressing user complaints to ensure continuous enhancement of training quality.
Technical/Functional Skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Education / Experience Required – Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business or Psychology.
