**Your tasks**:
- Coordinate induction training for new staff.
- Prepare the annual training budget.
- Coordinate the annual training plan for the different areas of the organization.
- Manage and control the required language courses.
- Manage and update the skill matrix of administrative staff.
- Prepare and safeguard the training evidence.
- Manage and update staff job descriptions.
**Your Profile**:
- Administration degree or related
- Fluent English
- 2 years of experience in HR area
