Position should execute plans that allow strategic, tactical, and practical integration in the areas of organizational effectiveness, change management, Values in Action, talent management, and learning & development.**JOB DUTIES**:Development- Coordinate learning initiatives according to guidelines from Central L&D Center of Excellence (COE)- Facilitates programs locally (managerial programs, onboarding, technical skills)- Gathers learning needs from local HRBPs and identifies local / individual needs- Manages Workday Required Learning at local level- Coordinate annual Development Demand Plan and support execution- CTAP and Local Language Programs- Training For New Supervisors- Team Leaders Training- Coordinate LTDP and WLDP ProgramsEmployee Experience- Coordinate Stay Interviews- Employee Insights Survey: Communication Plan, Execution and Monitor Results and Action Plan Follow up- Support D&I Initiatives- TLTE (Tus Lideres te Escuchan)Performance Management- Communicate Performance Management Process and Dates at Local Level- Tracks and monitors progress of Performance Management throughout the year e.G.- Goals are set for all employees- Checks managers are having regular check-ins with employees- Year-end process is completedAttraction- Coordinates the on-boarding process- Monitor and Track Guardian ProgramEmployee may also be responsible for performing other job duties occasionally as assigned.The position's primary customers are internal. Typical internal customers include salaried and management employees including leaders. The incumbent sets priorities and establishes a work plan to complete broadly defined assignments and achieve organizational and leadership objectives.Moderate travel required (Less than 15% of working time).**BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE**:- Bachelor's degree- Strong organizational skills- The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential- Analytical thinking and ability to work with metrics and data- Ability to communicate clearly- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects- Strong skills on Excel, Word, PowerPoint- Intermediate level of English- 2+ years previous experience in an administrative position**Desirable**- Experience in facilitating training programs is a plusReporting To: Org and Talent Development Mgr
