**Req ID**:226469We are currently seeking a Training Analyst to join our team in Mexico, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).**In these roles you will **be responsible for**:- Use business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led- Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems- Work in a team where you wear lots of hats - interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams - and where you may need to be in charge- Run the workstream and/or project activities you've been given- Interact with all workstreams - technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more- Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients' needs- Check business requirements to find configuration solutions- Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions**Requirements for this role include**:- Minimum 7 years of SAP project and program management experience.- Minimum 5 years of experience working with multiple areas of a program such as contract management, commercial management, sales and Delivery.- Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish). A Bachelor's Degree.**Preferences**:- PMP or ITIL certifications.- Experience & certifications in SAP project Activate.- Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture. Preferably involving the implementation of SAP ECC or S/4HANA and the use of ACTIVATE and other methodologies- Solid analytical / problem solving skills- Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.- Strong influencing and excellent communication skills.
