**Duties and Responsibilities**- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and mid-level managers.- Coordinate training resources, including scheduling, materials, and facilitators.- Manage mentorship programs to support employee development and retention.- Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed.- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.- Maintain training records and track employee progress.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development**Skills and Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the translation and language services industry.- Confident and energetic presentation skills must engage others.- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- High level of empathy and commitment to quality.- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
