Position Description As a Training and Development Sr Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Define the annual training plan for the affiliate's areas, considering business needs, departmental requirements, and strategies defined by Global and LATAM. Lead a team of high-performing employees, nurturing their skills to better support the organisation as learning facilitators. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development by inspiring the organisation with relevant and game-changing initiatives, accelerating high-potential talent. Lead the implementation of the annual training plan, leveraging tools developed by the company and external providers, as required. Coordinate and implement projects (local, regional, and global) for the training and development of affiliates. Support the company's development processes for the sales force and overall for all affiliate employees. Ensure the establishment of an evaluation and continuous improvement system to guarantee the proper learning process for affiliate employees. Required Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
Need to have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field. Fluency in English at an advanced level. Minimum 5 years of experience in training or talent development areas. At least 3 years of experience as a people manager/with direct reports. Experience in pharmaceutical or other high regulated industries. Nice to have: Experience in training sales force. Demonstrated involvement in product launches About the department You will be part of the P&O (People and Organisation) team at Novo Nordisk.
