Training And Development Specialist

Position's Scope:Ensuring and leading the onboarding process linking with HIT program.Managing trainers to ensure employees are certified for their position and HIT levels.Ensuring and leading the training process from detection of training needs to integration and execution of the annual training plan, managing evidence for clients, government, and internal/external audits.Maintaining an updated organization chart and job descriptions.Ensuring and leading the training polyvalence process linking with career path for unionized employees.Ensuring and leading succession plan process (key people/key positions).Managing the employee performance process, linking it to individual performance vs. their career path.Coordinating social, cultural, sporting, and/or integration events, thereby fostering a climate of teamwork, initiative, and continuous improvement.Updating Training KPIs and Training Systems database (desirable management of Training Mine System, HR Connect System, TRESS system, Shop Vue).Handling training supplier (alternatives, quotations, requisitions, following approvers, PO, invoices, and payments).Minimum Requirements:It is necessary to have experience in the automotive industry for almost 5 years in the same position with mastery of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, VDA, Mexican Law, and advanced Excel skills.Interested candidates should send their CV in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
