Design and implementation of training and communication plans and strategies 2.2. Definition and monitoring of communication strategy and campaigns.3. Elaboration and control of the training budget of the areas.4. Administration of internal and external training.5. Compliance with STPS regulations on training.6. Compliance in audits without observations.7. Control the training budget of each department.Verify that the courses are given according to the training plans and needs.8. Follow up on training plans9. Ensure that all positions have job descriptions.10. Attend training and communication providers.11. Corporate reporting12.
