Training & Communication Supervisor
Activities:
- Coordinate the deployment of ISO 9001 2015 in Human Resources functions. 1) Microsoft Office Plan and generate training and communication activities for Victaulic personnel, as well as analyze and improve existing activities.
- Evaluate how communication is carried out in the plant.
- Deliver training hours as measurable.
- Updating dining room screens with current topics or topics related to the month.
- Monthly: Follow-up on released personnel Facilitate effective internal communications Review of personnel who are in training.
- Instrument the corporate requirements of the training matrix to respond to ISO 9001 2015 (measurement, baseline, registration) Identify and evaluate current and future training needs using performance evaluations, consultation with those in charge of the areas, corporate requirements and the same job description (training matrix).
- Generate a training plan that provides answers to the needs and expectations derived from their identification and evaluation.
- Deploy different training methods (in-person, cross-training, experiential, virtual).
- Ensure effective delivery of training sessions.
- Generate and implement communication channels for the plant. Work closely with Managers to develop and strengthen communication participation activities.
- Develop, support and promote company objectives, including information development. Implementation of projects and communications strategies. Implement the requirements of ISO 9001 2015 regarding Competencies7.2, Awareness 7.3, Communication 7.4 and Measurables 7.1.6. Make communications requested by other departments to all staff. Submit certificates to the STPS.
- Implement improvements in floor training.
- Meetings with training technicians to review teams and activities, as well as review improvement activities together.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and report on it periodically. Document evidence and evaluations related to training Manage the training budget.
- Provide opportunities for continued development. Maintain specialized knowledge of training trends, development and best practices Weekly: Review any information that needs to be shared across the plant.
- Review information displayed in the plant and request updates. Review of each shift with training
- staff.
- Follow-up of new staff on training issues
