This role manages competency programs (professional, paraprofessional, EHSS, and leaders' development), career planning, and SABIC development programs (Job Qualification Program (JQP), Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)), alongside implementing process improvement strategies.How You Can Be the ImpactWorkforce Development:Drive competency management programs and career planning initiatives.Develop and implement training programs aligned with business strategy.Administer and improve Learning Management System (LMS) and training processes.Evaluate and enhance effectiveness of development programs.Support implementation of SABIC development programs (JQP, CPD, IDPs)
