Training Coordinator

We're currently looking for a **training coordinator.**

**Tasks**:

- Define the training department's needs.
- Design and create plans and training programs.
- Program de courses logistics.
- Document and report the training advances.

**Profile**:

- Bachelors in business management, education, communication, engineering, or related.
- 2+ years of experience as training coordinator in automotive or metal-mechanic industry.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Office package proficient.
- Proficient English both written and spoken.
