This cross-collaborative coordinator will report to Learning and Development while working with Education Services, Sales Enablement, People Team members and others to administer and assess programs required to drive our purposeful learning culture. These solutions help Ellucian assess, align, develop, and utilize our talent at the individual leader, team, and organizational levels that positively impact organizational change. This role will serve as an internal coordinator responsible for coordinating, administering, and assessing globally available training programs.**Where you will make an impact**- Coordinate, schedule, and manage the operational execution of multiple training programs available across the Ellucian ecosystem.- Collaborate with various globally located Ellucian learning departments, internal stakeholders, and Ellucian employees to establish, maintain, and assess the operational efficiency.- Administration and coordination of learning activities, include scheduling facilitators, adding events to calendars, and arranging the necessary resources.- Execute basic LMS activities, including content upload, session creation, training assignments, training reports, and technical assistance.- Coordinate and execute learning programs using project management and assessment skills.- Operational execution of training programs, including the High Impact Early Career program, Orientation, and Welcome Week ensuring necessary resources and infrastructure are in place for incoming cohorts.- Support all corporate, discipline, and project training requirements.- Provide first-level troubleshooting assistance for clients by tracking and responding to user issues through the ticketing system.- Ensure training records are maintained in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.**What you will bring**- Demonstrated knowledge of Docebo or other similar Learning Management System administration.- Demonstrated knowledge of Wrike or other project management software.- Demonstrated knowledge of evaluation, assessment, and measurement tools- Demonstrated knowledge of project management or event planning skills.- Excellent attention to detail in writing and reviewing of documents, such as procedures and training material.- Able to operate and multi-task in a challenging/dynamic environment while demonstrating planning, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little oversight or supervision.- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.- Strong communication skills.**Perks**:- Comprehensive health coverage: family major medical expenses, dental and life insurance
