Around 3,500 employees produce 27 million drive components per year at a total of ten locations in Germany, Liechtenstein, Hungary, China, the USA, Brazil and Mexico.
The product range mainly comprises assembled camshafts, valve train systems and rotor shafts for state-of-the-art combustion, hybrid and electric engines.

**Qué esperamos**:
- Coordinates the induction of new employees
- Coordinates the training process, identifying needs at an individual level or in strategic areas.
- Develops the Annual Training Plan, and manages effectiveness evaluations.
- Maintains appropriate evidence and documentation in accordance with local and corporate processes.
- Coordinates, manages and supports the launch, preparation, implementation and follow-up of e-learning systems established by the group.
- Follows up on policies and guidelines based on ISO IATF:16949, and Quality standards, ISO 14001 and Environmental standards, ISO 45001 and Safety standards.
- Manage that the certification system of the team members/operators (training) and manages that it is properly complied with.
- Comply with labor legislation regarding training.
**A quién buscamos**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry purchasing process.
- Minimum 2 years experience in personnel management (desirable).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Advanced English capable of conducting a business conversation.
- Documentation and process mapping.
- Risk analysis.
- Project management.
- IATF: 16949 and ISO: 14001 audits
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Bachelor's Degree in International Trade or similar.
