Eaton's AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is currently seeking a Training Coordinator.
**What you'll do**:
Primary Function
This position is responsible for aligning business objectives. The position serves as a consultant to managers and supervisors on human resource-related issues. Acts as an employee champion and change agent seeking to develop integrated solutions for the business. This position also leads talent strategy for training, talent development and organization effectiveness.
Essential Functions
- Assist on the implementation of the Organization Culture design.
- Coordinates and follows up on activities related to training, certification program, and talent development.
- Administers programs, projects, and/or processes related to the HR function and fully supports plant initiatives.
- Monitors the performance management process.
- Participates on the design of individual and/or work team incentive and recognition programs.
- Ensure the implementation of the employee survey action plans
- Develop the plant committees working plan and ensure its completion
- Responsible of the annual training plan execution
- Manage certification program for operations.
- Responsible of ensuring change management across the site
- Design and implement motivational programs, social, cultural, recreational, and sporting events as well as activities to support the community through plant councils.
- Develop retention and inclusion and diversity strategies.
- Employee services administration
**Qualifications**:
- Basic qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- 3 or more years of experience in Human Resources Administration
- 1 years minimum in a leadership position
- Bilingual English/ Spanish
- Good communication skills
- Computer Skills MS Office, Tress, Oracle
- Teamwork oriented
- BS or BA in Human Resource Management, Engineering or equivalent
