Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Programming and logistics:
- Plan and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling of appropriate times and spaces.-
- Organize resources needed for training, such as training materials, equipment and technology.-
- Database management and tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of participants in training programs.-
- Track attendance and participation in training programs.-
- Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of training programs.-
- Communication and coordination:
- Communicate with employees to inform them of available training opportunities and enrolment requirements.-
- Coordinate with external trainers or facilitators to ensure their availability and readiness for training sessions.-
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of training with the operational and strategic needs of the organization.-
- Administrative support:
- Prepare and distribute training materials, including presentations, manuals and evaluations.-
- Evaluation and feedback:
- Gather feedback from participants and trainers on the quality and effectiveness of training programs.-
- Assist in evaluating training results and identifying areas for improvement.-
- Support in content development:
- Collaborate with the training development team in the creation and review of training materials.-
- Provide logístical and administrative support during the development phase of new training programs.The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, or related field.- Proficiency in English and Spanish.- 3 years healthcare / pharmaceutical corporation (preferable).- 3 years training delivery experience, demonstrated training knowledge. and facilitation skills.- Diverse functional knowledge and exposure in different Pharma functions (preferable).- Familiarity with all technology for virtual and web-based training.- Proficiency in technical and soft skills (Influencing, negotiation, etc.).
