Responsible for managing and ensuring the execution of the annual training plan as well as the monitoring and follow-up of the revalidation and certification of the PTA and support areas. To be the direct contact with the aviation authority (AFAC) on issues of training groups and instructor certification.
Complementary Description1 Provide support during internal and external audits.
2 Monitoring of the status of competencies of the Operative and Administrative staff.
3 Scheduling of mandatory courses required by the competent authorities.
4 Monitoring the release of direct and indirect personnel.
5 Manage training programs (external and/or internal).
6 To be the direct contact with the Aviation Authority (AFAC) in matters of training groups and instructor certification.
7 Obtaining and revalidation of class II license for direct personnel.
8 Evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
9 Análisis y seguimiento a KPIs / Analysis and follow-up of KPIs.
10 Monitoring of training groups
11 Follow-up to requisitions generated under the training cost center.
12 Lead in the escalation of actions in the different QRQC's.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Administration/Pedagogy/Business Management/Industrial Engineering or related field.
