To be the direct contact with the aviation authority (AFAC) in matters of training groups and instructor certification.Complementary DescriptionProvide support during internal and external audits.Monitoring of the status of competencies of the Operative and Administrative staff.Scheduling of mandatory courses required by the competent authorities.Monitoring the release of direct and indirect personnel.Manage training programs (external and/or internal).Obtaining and revalidation of class II license for direct personnel.Evaluate the effectiveness of the training.Analysis and follow-up of KPIs.Monitoring of training groups.Follow-up to requisitions generated under the training cost center.Lead the escalation of actions in the different QRQC's.Training file management and database administration.Job RequirementsKnowledge of induction programs and onboard training.Knowledge of competency matrix and training profiles.Advanced organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs or projects at the same time.Knowledge of the norm AS-9000.Knowledge of the requirements of the AFAC authority regarding procedures.Specificity of the jobYes#J-18808-Ljbffr
