The Training Coordinator is responsible to support the training area in the design, develop, and coordinate training activities for the brand in all channels
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Define the annual training calendar, to support the launches of new products and their displacement. As well as induction training
- Track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
- Update the work plan, including special launches
- Defines the necessary resources for each training (Gifts, decoration, materials, etc.)
- Coordinate the delivery of Distributed Brands training courses for Directors, Sales, and Administrative Personnel.
- Attend training courses to stay up to date on new releases and products.
- Translates the information from corporate training into Spanish and adapts it to the Mexican market.
- Defines and coordinates the supply of resources for the course (Gifts, decoration, materials, etc.)
- Coordinate field visits to verify the knowledge of the staff, as well as learn first-hand about their needs and opportunities.
- Make scheduled and surprise visits to Sales Points.
- Defines the need to reinforce the training of the SA´s. If necessary, resolve doubts about the products.
- Provides support in problem solving.
- Supports the selection of suppliers.
- Participate in the final definition of content.
- Follow up to the training app and coaching program
