**Key Responsibilities**:- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for employees, including logistics such as room bookings, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.- Work closely with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs and develop customized training programs.- Manage training attendance records and track employee progress through various training programs.- Conduct post-training evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.- Provide administrative support for training activities, including managing training budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining training databases.- Collaborate with external training vendors and consultants to source relevant training programs and resources.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure training programs remain relevant and effective.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience in coordinating training programs, preferably in a corporate setting.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems (LMS).- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training experiences.- Bilingual.- J&J experience is a plus.- Remote position.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $100.00 - $200.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
