**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for employees, including logistics such as room bookings, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.
- Work closely with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs and develop customized training programs.
- Manage training attendance records and track employee progress through various training programs.
- Conduct post-training evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support for training activities, including managing training budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining training databases.
- Collaborate with external training vendors and consultants to source relevant training programs and resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure training programs remain relevant and effective.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating training programs, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training experiences.
- Bilingual.
- J&J experience is a plus.
