Job Summary:

JOB SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for the administration and planning of operational and institutional training of all employee levels working in the facility/facilities under his or her responsibility. This role will ensure training procedures are developed, followed, and implemented in the day-to-day operations, while developing competent trainers and training supervisors.

**Job Description**:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design the training system for the facility/facilities under his or her responsibility to be systematic and achievable.

Manage the balance score card of training for facility/facilities under his or her responsibility to follow up the performance of training department.

Ensure the implementation of training system and training programs.

Facilitates the resources and the way to implement the training system in the different processes of the company.

Assures compliance with STPS regulations.

Manages and forecasts Annual training budget facility/facilities under his or her responsibility.

Administrates and Plans Annual plan for operations and Institutional Training.

Develops and Implements Train the Trainer and Coach the Coaches Programs.

Facilitates Training Matrix per Role to develop annual training plan for operations and Institutional Training.

Coordinates and Develops Training Supervisors team.

Ensures Compliance with internal QOS requirements.

Ensures 95% completion of salaried training programs for the facility/facilities under his or her responsibility.

SCOPE & IMPACT:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HHRR, or similar field with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience with training systems.

Negotiation skills.

Experience in leadership.

Team player.

Multi-tasking.

STPS knowledge.

Quality Audits.

English intermediate proficiency.

Up to 5% Travel Required.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Master's Degree in OD.

STPS knowledge.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Up to one (1) direct report.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Administrative activities including sitting, floor activities which activities includes standing, walking, sitting, and some minors repetitive movements related with the processes.
