This is your chance to help us make progress possible around the world - for our customers, our growing communities and for every member of our team.**JOB PURPOSE**: To provide training and support the overall training needs of the facility/division, which are based on corporate, facility and training objectives.**JOB DUTIES**- Offers and/or facilitates in-company training.- Conducts an annual training needs assessment and develops a short- and long-term company training plan.- Coordinates and/or conducts front-line supervisory training, as appropriate.- Analyzes performance issues, training requests, and employee skill or knowledge needs.- Develops, selects, and recommends courses, job aids, and performance systems to meet needs. Ensure improvement in the learning process.- Acquires and evaluates training material or courses from outside sources, including colleges, universities, technical schools, private institutions, or special skills training consultants.- Maintains up-to-date skills and knowledge on new materials/methods to improve performance and educational technology.- Develops short-term and long-term training projects using data collection/analysis, skills management system input, or other methods to ensure improvement in learning processes.
