When we work together, we can make life better.**Responsibilities**:- Lead international collections team- Rapidly grow top notch high performing teams to support Oportun's growth.- Manage 4-6 supervisors/managers at three different call centers.- Responsible for ensuring consistent hiring, training and quality assurance practices across the three sites- Ensure that all problems or issues encountered are resolved appropriately and in a timely manner in order to achieve and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction, and that all procedures and guidelines are followed.- Coach and mentor staff to improve performance, ensure career growth and succession planning.- Establish adequate staffing levels to effectively manage monthly goals- Effectively use collections systems to measure collection performance for clients and collectors, properly manage ongoing collections activities, achieve optimum results, and address and immediately resolve issues timely and accurately- Identify opportunities to leverage product enhancements to increase production and to strengthen operational controls to ensure flawless execution of our collections treatment.- Internal/external quality assurance to ensure compliance with internal policies as well as all relevant state/federal and country specific collection laws
