Training Executive

Summary of Job:
Help company by developing, planning, implementing and supervising training programs and workshops to members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.
Provide training to members to improve and ensure sales targets are achieved

2.
Schedule daily trainings in the Central Offices & Monthly Webinars

3.
Monitor the correct operation and Cleanness of the Training Romm and the rest of the facilities

4.
Conduct face-to-face and online training

5.
Maintain an excellent relationship between speakers and leaders through formal meetings or informal conversations to ensure enthusiasm for participating in all training programs

6.
Provide attention to training requests by Directors of Service Centres and Leaders

7.
Monitor the progress of speakers during training

8.
Work closely with Marketing Team to develop and implement promotion

9.
Support in all matters related to Training and other reasonably required activities

About de job:
Working hours: Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm

**Requirements**:
Job Skills and Knowledge Requirements
- Bachelor´s degree in Administration, Pedagogy or any related field
- Advanced management of Online and face-to-face Trainings
- Advanced English level
- Advanced Microsoft Office
