Training Instructional Designer

.The Training & Development Specialist is responsible for the research, proposal, design, implementation and conducting of any respective training and development program. They should attend any necessary training on hosting the programs, as well as collaborate with any necessary internal or external personnel.General Responsibilities - Participate in conducting training sessions - Participate in the testing of trainees to evaluate and measure their learning process - Coordinate the design and development of training and educational programs Experience / Qualifications - A university degree required (i.E. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. - Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands - Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation - Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results - Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity - Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards - Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) - Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customersThe Instructional Designer & Learning Technology Specialist will create online learning modules and live web-based training sessions, instructor-led training guides, and supporting materials following an instructional design process.
