Albéa is a global leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical and food packaging. Our site, Albéa Querétaro is specialized in Laminate Tubes for Oral Care, Hair Care, Cosmetics & Phamaceutical Markets.

**Scope**
Coordinate and support staff management and training activities. Establish effective communication methods between employees and the company.
Reports to HR Manager
Plant: Queretaro

**Main activities**
- Personnel administration: Ensure compliance with the necessary requirements in human resources, legal compliance, organizational needs and employee issues.
- Talent Acquisition: Provide the correct number of employees, based on the needs of the organization, at the right place and with the potential; within the time required under process capability.
- Talent Management: Identify, retain and develop individual and collective talent.
- Recommends training needs and maintains the staff at the highest level of skills and knowledge to meet the needs and objectives of the company.
- Manage and administer training programs
- Provide induction courses for new staff.
- Manage assigned resources.
- Prepare manuals and job descriptions.
- Register and update the TRESS Human Resources system
- Assume the role of "Change Agent" within the CI - Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Pre-payroll

**Accountability including KPIs**
- Guarantee that the workforce has the right skills set and tools for performing their jobs.
- Guarantee that the workforce is engaged, talent is retained and the company is identified as a good employer.
- Guarantee that employees have a safe an effective work environment conducive of good work practices and habits and that labor relation issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Guarantee that the organization is in compliance with all laws and regulations for the site/location.

**Profile (Experience & qualifications)**:

- Experience and education_
- Bachelor's Degree or similar experience in Human Resources
- 4 years' experience with union, training and development, payroll, interviews.
- Knowledge/Technical Skills required_
- Fluent English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of TRESS
- Leadership skills_
