Responsible for developing, delivering, reviewing, and evaluating training and development processes and procedures in order to ensure that training programs and initiatives are in line with corporate policies and program- Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:- Review and develop Training and Development procedures.- Initiate corrective actions and continuous improvement process to the training systems, processes and programs.- Encourage teamwork among trainers.- Manage and advise management on related training and development to meet local needs.- Confer with managers and supervisors to conduct annual Training Needs Analysis and revise the company training plan as required for execution.- Compiles data and analyzes past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets and justify funds requested.- Ensure good relationship and communication with management team, ensure all training programs match the requirement of organization and work.- Develop, coordinate, and conduct training plan implementation.- Design and deliver customized training solutions based on client requests.- Selects appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, and computer-based training.- Organizes and develops training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.- Maintain a good relationship with consulting companies and select suitable external resources.- Plan, design, and develop relevant training programs based on renowned approach or methodology.- Develop and conduct evaluation of training performance.
