Purpose:
The Training Manager of Campus Juarez reports directly to the MD&D Compliance Manager. The Training Manager of Campus Juarez is responsible for establishing and maintaining a Training Program in the companies of the Campus to ensure the compliance with all the local, national and international regulations and standards, as well as with the processes and policies of the franchises and the requirements of the J&J corporation.
The Training Manager is a member of the MD&D Compliance team and works in coordination with the administration teams of the companies of the Campus and its franchises.
The Training Manager defines and manages projects, assigns personnel, supervises their work activities, evaluates, and communicates the results.
If CSS Position: This position will have responsibilities across ETHICON and Cardiovascular and Specialty Solution (CSS) Companies Johnson and Johnson Family of Companies) including a span of multiple product platforms such as General Surgical Devices, Sutures, ENT, Infection Prevention, Electrophysiology and Surgical and Non-Surgical Aesthetics.

Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

Establishes and maintains programs that ensure the verification and monitoring with the applicable standards and regulations.
- Ensures that the results of the monitoring processes are communicated routinely to the management through the processes of Revision of Site management.
- Acts as an expert in the matter, if necessary, in order to provide support to proactive or reactive answers to problems.
- Performs other activities related to work assigned by the MD&D Compliance Manager.
- Submits and manages budget programs and develops standards.
- Completes all the health, safety and environment trainings.
- Is responsible of ensuring that his/her subordinates comply with the health, safety and environmental practices guidelines and that all the necessary resources are available and in good conditions.
- Provides direction as consult to the quality system of Control of Documents that influences work instructions for more effectiveness in its use and good execution the first time.
