**Purpose**:The Training Manager of Campus Juarez reports directly to the Medical Devices Compliance Manager.
The Training Manager of Campus Juarez is responsible for establishing and maintaining a Training Program in the companies of the Campus to ensure the compliance with all the local, national and international regulations and standards, as well as with the processes and policies of the franchises and the requirements of the J&J corporation.
- The Training Manager is a member of the Medical Devices Compliance team and works in coordination with the administration teams of the companies of the Campus and its franchises.
- The Training Manager defines and manages projects, assigns personnel, supervises their work activities, evaluates and communicates the results.
- This position will have responsibilities across ETHICON and Cardiovascular and Specialty Solution (CSS) Companies Johnson and Johnson Family of Companies) including a span of multiple product platforms such as General Surgical Devices, Sutures, ENT, Infection Prevention, Electrophysiology and Surgical and Non-Surgical Aesthetics.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Establishes and maintains a solid Training Program to ensure the compliance with all the local, national and international regulatory standards, as well as with the processes and policies of the company and the requirements of the J&J corporation.
- Integrates the Training teams of the Campus and J&J Franchises to coordinate the implementation of the Training plans.
- Ensures that the personal that acts as trainers are qualified, including knowledge, experience and self-sufficiency.
- Takes decisions and provides recommendations that are characterized as reliable and have an important impact in the several businesses of the franchise and technology of the companies around the world.
- Establishes and maintains several contacts with the personnel that manages important information in other sites.
It is required to possess the ability to persuade and negotiation in critical aspects.
Establishes and maintains programs that ensure the verification and monitoring with the applicable standards and regulations.
- Ensures that the results of the monitoring processes are communicated routinely to the management through the processes of Revision of Site management.
- Acts as an expert in the matter, if necessary, in order to provide support to proactive or reactive answers to problems.
- Performs other activities related to work assigned by the Medical Devices Compliance Manager.
- Submits and manages budget programs and develops standards.
- Completes all the health, safety and environment trainings.
- Is responsible of ensuring that his/her subordinates comply with the health, safety and environmental practices guidelines and that all the necessary resources are available and in good conditions.
- Provides direction as consult to the quality system of Control of Documents that influences work instructions for more effectiveness in its use and good execution the first time.
- Ensures the strategic and operational aligning in the use of Compliance Wire to maximize productivity.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunitie
