As a TRAINING PROJECT LEADER, you will craft and follow up the implementation of programs for the different retail formats or channels, from an agile project management perspective!
**Key Responsibilities**- Support with the management of the Pedagogy Department's projects as a small Project Manager.- Optimally craft the School Store programs, aligned to the Fast Forward Methodology.- Coordinate training design and technical trainer with Technical Training Management.- Ensure the training of the Mexico and CAM business advisors.- Submit monthly report to the Comex University's administration.- Follow up to the training objectives of Operational Excellence and update courses in this same area.
**Qualifications**- +5 years of proven experience in the areas of training and educational technology, working as an Instructor, Instructional Designer, or Course.- Attention to detail and knowledge in instructional design, high level of writing and spelling.- Proficient in Office software and Excel.- Ability to interact optimally with remote collaborators, as well as to follow up on tasks.- BA Degree.
Business administration, Pedagogy or Work Psychology.- Basic English.
