- What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:_
- Design, implement and drive training initiatives that align with business strategies
- Be responsible for tracking and managing all training needs, including identifying training needs through internal stakeholder partnership
- Maintain data and report out on critical training metrics for the identified locations
- Maintain proper training documentation for all employees
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all training activities
- Assess additional training needs and providers to meet the strategic needs of the business
- You have:_
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience within training or human resources preferred
- Exposure to training experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to develop and implement training programs and presentations
- Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with all levels of the organization
- Self-directed with excellent attention to detail
