The company has leading market positions in 19 states and expects to continue its expansion.**Training Position Description**:The Training Specialist at Confie develops, implements, and sustains training materials and selling and sales management tools for the Sales organization. Sales Training curriculum encompasses knowledge and skills related to leadership, management, sales, systems, customer service, and compliance.**Role and Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement differentiating selling and sales management tools- Evaluate and sustain training materials and selling and sales management tools to ensure continued organizational impact and adherence to evolving business needs- Establish and measure achievement of personal performance goals**Minimum Qualifications/Requirements**:- 2 years training design experience using Articulate Storyline content authoring software (or equivalent)- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint- Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English- Exceptional organization and time management skills- Must have fast, reliable internet when working remote**Salary**: $24,000.00 per month
