This position is responsible for the implementation of training programs and support in the training needs detection, standardization of trainings and working process among the group of trainers. Actively participates and promotes internal trainings and certifications for all the different areas of the company according to procedures, instructions and law compliance. Assists in the development of training solutions that meet clients' expectations.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Development and assessment of training materials according to work instructions and documentation.- Update training matrix according to certifications- Standardization of training process, documentation and guides for trainers- Support and follow up on compliance of training metrics, training reports and surveys of quality of trainings- Assessment of certifications materials- Development and preparations of trainings and certifications for change notifications, new products and processes- Maintains a channel of communication with each member of the trainer's team, providing technical support and mentoring- Provide coaching to the process trainers- Meetings with Training Team (Announcements, New Projects, Employee relations)- Support on preparation for audits (internal and externa)- Implementation of improvements in the training process- Development of internal control for training records, assessing the best training systems to simplify the record keeping process (TRESS, Training System for Operators, others).**Qualification Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration- One to three years of experience in training area- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)**Desired Competencies**- Knowledge of lean principles: Six sigma tools, ISO9000, ISO14001, ISO13485, FDA Regulations is a plus.- Intermediate level of English**Dania Inowe**Human Resources, Demant Operations Tijuana
